  1. Can I directly eat dried kadambuli without soaking ?

    1. No, we don’t recommend to eat directly, please use it while cooking or drink the water after soaking kudampuli for 20-25 minutes.

  2. Hi… Woulelike to reduced my weight around 10-15 kg. I have read that we have to consume 1 glass of kudumpuli 30 min before every meal. I have doubts whether it will create any health issues… Can u pls advice on this soon…. I have a plan to start to take from tomorrow….

Since, it is known for it’s weight losing properties, it will reduce the appetite of your baby. However, it has no effect on lactation. You can continue its consumption after you have stopped breastfeeding for your baby. As of now, you can look for alternatives which will not affect your baby.
